i think you pulled the inner joint apart... from the looks of the boot it's extremely overextended... turn the outer hub and see if it turns the cup of the inner most joint. if it twists the boot and not the whole joint you yanked it apart.

pretty sure they're a tri-pod joint, so try to line it back up and cram it back in as they're designed to be a plunge joint on the inners to allow it to extend and contract with suspension movement. it may fight you as it's supposed to have resistance from overextending and you may have put some extra pressure on it when you jacked up the rotor.
