Technically it's possible, but you'd be better off selling your 2WD and buying a 4WD.

Based on that this is a lot more than just bolting on a few parts. There are probably wiring changes, structural changes and others that would have to be done, and are probably beyond the capability of a backyard mechanic. Yes, it can be done. But how much is your time worth?
