Will the cragar d window 16x7 fit my stock element at stock height with my stock tires? Also, I realize there is 0 offset on these wheels. How far will they stick out? Will this cause any problems for me in the future?

I believe the OEM offset of 16 x 6.5 is 45mm and the 16 x 7 wheels are 46mm.
So they will stick out about 45mm more than stock.
