Two words. Paddle shifters.

I have a 2008 SC, with the Automatic transmission. (Ew.) How hard would it be, what would be needed, and how would it even be done? I understand you'd have to reconfigure the ECU somehow.

You lost me at Automatic Transmission... but I hope you tackle this project!
(I can forsee an Automatic <shudder> for one of my kids in the not too distant future.)
Good luck and take lots of pics...

It was my Moms car. I shuddered at the idea of the automatic too but. Once I drove it I fell in love with the visibility, handling, and sportiness. And especially the color. I really do wish it were a manual but. Can't do much about that.

Swap in an Acura TSX tranny...it has paddles and most TSX's have K engines.

The 2nd Gen TSX (09-14) is a paddle shifter. I think the 1st Gen TSX is a slap shifter on the stick.
