I know when I had my '98 Lexus GS400, I wanted DRL's for it and I bought a simple kit that just wired into my headlights but the guys doing it couldn't figure out the proper grounding for a Japanese auto and therefore my HID lights were flashing like I was in my patrol car trying to pull someone over for a traffic violation. I sent it back and was refunded though the company said it could be installed. I'm glad to see someone has the knowledge and fortitude to break it all down but I know I dare not get into cutting wires and such. If someone does embark on this mod, please, please take pictures and give step by step directions. Personally, I want someone to hold my hand on this one.. :razz:

Bear in mind bh241, it took me from 2003 to 2006 and two Elements before I cleared my headlights. :razz:

Muncie, IN? That's not too far from me. I've driven up there a couple of times to Victory Honda to pick up ventshades. I'm going to have to give them a call or at least research it and see what they can do for a '06 Element. Thanks for the info!

bh241, I know there have been some who did the DRL's a while back and I was wondering, their have been some talking of a mod party at the meet. For those who might want to do this, what should they bring off the top of your head? I mean a quick short list as not to go back into the thread where they (maybe my lazy butt) could compile the parts and have them on hand, just in case the experts who have mastered this can lend a helping hand.
