I know the thread is 8 months old or so, but i'm having a very similar problem.
Between 25-35 mph, my car shudders when shifting. I'm guessing this is a 2nd-3rd shift though i haven't counted to be sure. It doesn't happen every time, but it seems to be becoming more frequent. The shift is delayed, the car shudders a few times, then the next gear is engaged. Does that sound simliar to the problem you had?
I need to get it in to Honda I guess. 45k miles on the box.
