My 2005 Honda E is making this noise not able to found what it is. I got the 4 motor mounts change, and some other stuff.
Between driver and passenger without going over bumps or holes

The single thump is really hard to decipher.
Hard to tell from the videos, but it seems there could be an issue with the shocks.
You could check the torsion bar rubber in their mounts to see if they are worn out.

Check all your bushings. I had a mystery thump and turned out to be a bushing.
