Eeew, nasty! Green, rusty rotors only 4 months old...

Elemates,

I have an issue. Had my brakes and rotors replaced with OEM Factory Parts 4 months ago. They are already heavily rusted and the rotors surface is green and rusty already.

Please tell me this is not normal. My original rotors looked much better then these do when I took them off and they were the originals from 2004.

Check out the pictures and let me know your thoughts!

The rotor surface is completely normal after getting wet and dry up on their own and it will go away as soon as you get to the first stop sign at the end of the street. All my cars do that after every wash. No big deal and has no impact on performance.

Really? I drove it afterwards and I think it still looks the same. I'll go look now. Thanks for the information. Sure is ugly looking though the wheel. You probably noticed in the pics that I did just get done washing her when I took the pics.
