Hey Everyone!
That storm that passed through the state this week brought some much needed rain to dry areas of the state and was big enough to drop some snow on Mauna Kea! Our trusty Element braved the elevation, cold and lifted pickup trucks to have some fun!

PS Due to lack of low range gearing, you have to be careful heading back downhill because E can hit 30+mph in 1st gear with 30% grade slopes! Not recommended for windy narrow dirt road which ends abruptly in steep drop offs! The high altitude means that there aren't enough air molecules to cool off the brakes, even though it's 30 deg F, they get real hot, real fast!
