Well, actually it's a squeeky toy. But it very convincingly looks like a book when you first get it.

A scooter buddy gave this to Gidget. They got it from Orvis. Another available title is: Fetch-22

That's really awesome and would make a cool conversation piece! My husky however tears up the real thing, so this would probably would only reinforce his already bad behavior.
