I was driving on a paved road tonight when I hit a rather large rock it made a loud clunk noise under the E and then I thought nothing else about it until I got home and listened to it and it sounded louder.I checked underneath and sure enough there is a large dent and appearantly from the sound a hole but it was to hot to fiddle with it to much. It is louder and also sounds like it rattles. It is on the second muffler back. Anyways my questions is will this repair be covered by warranty or will i have to fix out of pocket? how expeniseve will it be and how available are the parts? any help will be greatly appreciated.

A warranty won't cover that type of damage. A warranty is designed to protect you from "Manufacturing Defects". You might want to look at your insurance policy and see if you are covered for collision damage, that should cover you. Also, check the deductible on the insurance policy, there is a chance that it may be higher than the cost of repair.
