Taking the 2006 E (that I bought 4 days ago) on its first road trip. 13 hour drive from Prescott, AZ to Boulder, CO. I look forward to seeing how the E handles on the road.

My favorite trip is driving from MD, through the Mountains in NY, and through St. Agath... arriving at Mont Tremblent, Quebec.

I hope you have as good as experience I did with my Element on road trips!!!

Hurry...!

Hey Chris,

Didn't you already post some pics some where else on the forum...? I thought I recognized the 2nd thread post on the Greets/Intros but I thought I saw your TRP in snow and stuff...

The reason I said to "hurry" was that Aztec Rolie is coming to get ya...! LOL!!! Anyway, link 'em or re-post 'em here... I'm pretty sure I saw your snow pics and all the cool perspectives you did with your E... Nice job on those BTW...

I dunno... Must be losing my mind reading all these posts so late at night... Oh, I got on Gump08SC too for double posting (on the Greets/Intros) and starting a new thread... Doing my part to help keep this place clutter free...

Sorry guys no pics. But the nearly 2000 miles in 3 days was great.

The E handled great on the interstate. I drove the full Prescott, AZ to Boulder, CO and wasn't even fatigued, great seats and driving position. On the way home I rode in the back for the last 3 hours and love the leg room. Seats are a shallow, but the amount of room and the reclining feature easily makes up for that.

Would have liked better hwy MPG's ,but for a car with the aerodynamics of Dice it wasn't bad.

Speaking of dice, there are some nice casinos in New Mexico and make great bathroom stops. Plus, winning a little extra on the craps table also made the trip fun.

Hey AZChris...

Nice report and yeah... The "square/cube" shape sure doesn't lend to its economy but hey, you're an E-owner so enjoy it... Congrats on the wins at the casinos... Never could manage to do well in those establishments...

PostScript: You're still not off the hook for them pics... You are just above a level of a known lurker...! LOL!
