Hi -
The price sounds fine. I just got an '03 with 148,000 miles on it for $6500 and I thought that was an excellent price. I spent about $600 to get it really up to snuff and all is well. I would be interested if i hadn't just purchased mine but if I were you, I would try selling it on craigslist (www.craigslist.org) if there is one local to your area (and it's usually free to list on craigslist), or otherwise on autotrader.com. It costs a few bucks to list it on autotrader but if you search for Honda Elements on autotrader, you will see that there are almost none listed at under $8000. And at least on autotrader, people can search by make&model and even by transmission type and also within a certain mile radius so buyers that may be farther away can find you. If yours is in good shape, I would think you could get at least $7500 for it. good luck!
