Soooo my engine over heated and warp the cylinders, they can be resurfaced and work perfectly fine. I just DO NOT have the money to get the work done, after just getting the clutch replaced, costing me about $1200. anyway, Im posting this to see what i might be able to get for this ol guy...

03 Manual EX element, repainted cladding and new wheels, have the originals as well.

please let me know you think i could get/ offers?

ZIP, NADA, -- $500.-- Obviously it had a tough life the last six years.

Nobody will pay much for an old, dead wreck!

....sorry to be blunt.
it looks good though
Where are you located? That might matter. Someone might be interested in taking off of your hands for spares if they are close enough to pick it up reasonably.
In fact, if you are close enough, I might know a guy who is a Honda mechanic that might be interested if the price and location were right.
Since the panels are painted, it means it's a bit custom, and it's almost always impossible to sell a custom car, people always want it stupid and stock. That with the engine broken, and I'd have to agree with the $500 price quoted earlier.
Please tell us where you are located and you may have a sale.

lay off the hateraide guys..... he asked a valid question.

Huh? I don't see any "hate". I think what people are trying to tell the OP is that it will be hard to sell a car in that condition.
Definitely need more details about the car and more pics too.

HATE? We are extending nothing but the purest love!!!

If we were telling him he's got a rare and valuable find; - and not to entertain any offers under $20,000.--, we would be a bunch of @$$#0L3$...
Oooo, the vultures are circling.

Soooo my engine over heated and warp the cylinders, they can be resurfaced and work perfectly fine.
From the description above I imagine that it is the cylinder head that is warped. Typically a shop will remove it, spec it out and mill it flat. Not real expensive but not cheap either.

Dylan: What were the symptoms. What caused it to over heat? If the cause isn't taken care of it will probably do it again. Also, how do you know that the cylinder head is warped? It could just be a blown headgasket and while that is not hard to fix it would be only slightly cheaper than milling the head (the cylinder head has to be removed for both fixes.).

We need more information dude!
yep, I'd be interested in it depending on location. Give us more information.
Please post more pictures and where you are located. Shipping would factor in offer.
Yup....I've bought (and sold) worse than that for more money than that.

Location is very important. I'm guessing Virginia by the plate in the pic.

More pics, especially of the interior, would be helpful. How 'bad" (dinged, dented, scuffed) is the body? What is the interior condition?

$500 ain't just "blunt," its at least 1/2 to 1/4 of the "value" of an E that needs a motor.

It is worth whatever someone is willing to spend on it....no more, no less. Without knowing the other details about condition and location I'm hesitant to guess on a price....but $2000 or more ain't out of the question.
No hate that I saw, although the "$500" could be construed as a low-ball. The airbags alone would be worth more than that if parted-out.

In general, it's fairly evident from the OP's honesty... thank you... about the serial major mechanical problems and what can be seen in the photo that this is a used-up vehicle that was on the receiving end of some "tough love". I will wager that dealing with the head warpage is going to find other problems even assuming a complete engine swap.

No doubt about it, this is a project car. If one were to take it to a mechanic it would be a money pit.
I'd part it out if I had a place to keep the body.
There's gotta be some room in your freezer, right?

:D
I'd part it out if I had a place to keep the body.
I have the space at my house to keep the Element while it's being parted out.
