So I treated myself to a new truck for Xmas and am selling my roof rack system (was on an Element SC) since I no longer have a use for it. I will separate the Viper units/wheel forks from the base rack system.

Complete system:
Control towers (4);
Landing Pad 9 (4);
58" crossbars;
Viper forkmounts (2);
SKS lock cores (6);
Wheel forks (2);
38" fairing;
pair of "Windjammer" fairings

The Viper units are truly like new: 1 was mounted but never used, the other was only used for 4-5 trips. Note that the fairing needs a new clip (fastener) on one of the 4 supports, the plastic "anti-spin device" is broken on one of the wheel forks, and I painted the landing pad trim pieces silver to match the color of my Element. Includes the foam "spacers" that Yakima provides for the LP9s in order to account for the lower roof profile on the SC, if needed.

System cost just over $700 new, asking $425 plus actual shipping for the complete system, or broken out as below (prices do not include shipping):
Viper mounts: $100 ea (does NOT include lock cores)
Wheel forks: $25 for the pair
Base system ONLY (includes 6 lock cores): $275

I'm definitely interested in the the base system. I have yakima bike mounts but my rack is for a '90 civic and the crossbars are only 48" I need a couple weeks to come up with the cash.
