I just purchased Yokohama Avid TRZ (225-70-16) for my 2005 ex. The tires are rated very high on consumer reports, $79 per tire on tirerack.com. Excellent ride, very quite, great all season/snow/ice tire.
Sounds like a good price. But, not any better than Discount Tire. They have a $40 mail-in rebate on a set of 4 Yokohama tires. And, by the time you figure in shipping, the cost would be about the same. (I checked out tire prices before I decided to buy from Discount Tire. And, they have a local store.)
