So I'm thinking of selling my 2009 civic Si sedan for a nice Element! :)

I know, it might sound weird, but I want something more rugged and not worried about babying the car...

I found one 2008 EX 4WD Black!... Here's my question.. How do I know its 4wd? The guy thats selling it says that

" The salesperson told me that this particular Element has 4 wheel drive on demand.
It utilizes 2 wheel drive unless conditions warrant 4 wheel drive. "

Does this sound right? How do I tell its a 4WD for sure?

He's selling for $18,800... it has around 24,500miles... I need to obviously sell my car first but I"m interested in his Element...

The VIN will have YH2 right after the first three digits, which will be 5J6

So here is an example of what the VIN on the car you are looking at
should look like:

5J6YH287*8LXXXXXX
