Last Friday after my bike ride, I loaded bike and gear into the back of my E. When I was done, I closed the tailgate (solidly), and then closed the hatch securely. When I tried to open it again, the latch would not pop the hatch.
I could lock and unlock it with either the key or the remote, but the hatch would not open

Stopped at the Honda dealer on the way home, and when I drove into the service area, a rep came out and asked me if he could help. We locked and unlocked it a few more times, pushed on the hatch and tailgate (in case they were not properly closed), but no luck. After a couple more tries, it opened up. This behavior has not occurred since. Anyone had this problem before?
