I’m a mail lady & deliver mail out of my Element. The problem is that I had it convert it to right hand drive and the belt has to be low because of the position of the steering wheel. The belt that turns the steering wheel is right where the shifter is so I have to lift the belt up and down because of the shifter. The O/D button is where I’m stuck. Does it have to be functional? Is there even a shifter I can replace it with that is short enough before I go through all the trouble?

Are there larger pulleys offered for both sides? A larger diameter pulley plus longer belt may give the clearance needed.

There is a place in Arizona, Morgan Dual Controlls llc. They do not offer kits only installation.

Pedal Pros in Tennessee, just the pedals

Postal Things Inc in Tennessee, sells kits and installs.
