Go to your user CP (control panel) and it's under avatar. It's got to be small.

Easy.

Click User CP (User Control Panel) on the first top blue bar, first item.

Click on Edit Avatar on list of options on the left side.

Follow the directions on the new page. Make sure to use an image that fits the image limitations.

And you're good to go. ;-)
