Assuming inexperienced, but willing to try, how long should I expect doing front and rear?

Also, do they come with poly bushings on the front? I've heard other says you reuse your existing, but ads claim otherwise.

Are the front/rear endlinks included? I was planning on replacing those as well.

it really depends on where your Element's been and the driving conditions it's endured, because the biggest problem is generally the endlinks. sometimes they need to be cut off to remove the old bar. PB blaster is what many of us use to cut thru corrosion/rust/whatever. so take a look at the endlinks. if they look pristine, then you could swap front and rears in a couple hours. if they look like something that's been around since the 1920's, make sure you have new endlinks, soak them w/ PB blaster the night before and be prepared to spend the whole day if you have to cut them off.

as i understand it, ST can be reached at:
CALL 1-800-445-3767 TOLL FREE
found that on their website, of all places.
Aware of that. I thought it would be nice to hear from someone who has opened up a package, rather than a salesperson who may or may not be familiar with my particular application. Sales people have also been known to tell you what you want to hear.

But apparently out of 124 people that read this, no one has installed a set?
