I must be getting tired. I've been "car shopping" on the internet for hours, and this Element looks pretty intriguing! However, I don't see where it tells you how many people it will hold. Does it have 3rd row seating?

4 seats, 4 seatbelts.....so legally 4 passengers.

I have had 7 people in the E....2 in front, 3 in back, and 2 in the cargo area. I wouldn't recommend this.....due to safety reasons!!! But it was a friends wedding and so much fun (all be dangerous!) but we hat 7 people....and 3 were small people (130-140lbs) the other 4 were BIG guys.....like 200lbs+.....so we were way over the weight limit....and we didn't notice any performace issues with the E

I've seen more than one person here on EOC say they carried a rather heavy load of stuff in their E - and they did not report overt problems.

I think you could get about 15 people in if you stack them like cordwood.

i've had 6 people in my e (2 front, 2 mid, 2 cargo), with no noticeable performance hit. i'd estimate that the 6, myself included, weighed in at no less than 900 pounds total.
