What I did was talk to my friend who works at a Ford Dealer. Told him I was looking for a Honda Element and if he could find one to try to buy it from the dealer wholesale (dealer to dealer). It took about 3 months but I got a cherry of a deal on a super clean E.

FYI the E I got was 400 miles away from us.
