Here is the strategy I am using in order to get my E at invoice:
I have been using all the online car search sites and submitting my name to many local dealerships. When they answer, I tell them that I am buying a 4wd a/t E next month (or whatever date) and I will be paying invoice (19,722) or better. If they can meet or beat this price, please respond.
This weeds out the posers.
Now I have a list of 3 local dealers who will sell at invoice and one who will beat any quoted price by $100.
So I MAY be able to buy at $100 less than invoice...
This has been my strategy so far -- I will let you know how it plays out when I make the purchase.
