i owned a bmw m3 and had it chipped and intake added it helpled a lot.
can anyone direct me to some good engine mods.....
and anyone in phoenix area know a good honda mechanic

Welcome to the club!

I think you have just reopened the old can of worms! :grin:

Many will tell you that high performance and Element do not belong together in the same sentence. After all you invested your money in a 4 cylinder econobox!!

Then there are others that have gone with the turbo. That kind of work is not for the faint of hart. It requires some degree of mechanical ability. With dedication to the project at hand.

As for the chips for this engine, None are worth the money. In fact reports are that they actually degrade performance.

marksbug, I have to help ya, it is motors, not moters.

The pistons, head, and all valvetrain are all different, the block, crank, and rods are the only things they really share. So if you want to get the full performance out of the E, swap TSX pistons and a complete assemebled TSX head, figure out how to tune and whalla, more power and all factory.
