I may have not looked back far enough on the thread but does anyone have any suggestions on a good touch screen gps stereo that also plays dvd's and hook my ipod to it (its probably a long shot with the dvd) and I can also use the factory sub and speakers with. Ive got an 04 EX

Thanks in advance (ps im new here)

There are a lot of units that fit this build, and many have been installed and reviewed on this forum. You might try searching or browsing the forum a bit, as well as looking at the "stickies" at the top of the mobile electronics section as to integrating an aftermarket radio with the factory system. Several members have diagramed everything out and answered a lot of questions.

*edit* You might look into the pioneer and alpine units. They seem to be very popular here.

I'm using the Eclipse 4430. It does Bluetooth, Nav, DVD, Ipod and USB. I hooked up a back up camera to it. It works OK, I am probably going with a new Kenwood as the back up camera does not turn on until the load up screen of the Eclipse is done (about 15 to 30 seconds). The Kenwood goes right to the camera as soon as you are in reverse.

I had to bypass the factory sub though.

I think that I should start by saying that Eclipse's aftermarket division is no longer. As of the 1/1/10 Eclipse (Fujitsu Ten) is only doing work for auto manufacturers. I personally love Eclipse products, but given the fact that they are longer doing aftermarket, I can't justify buying any old stock due to warranty issues. That being said, I'd suggest looking at the Pioneer, Kenwood, and Alpine units.....I personally like the Pioneer line the bast, but everyone likes different stuff. Take a look here:
