The silvery-grey paint on the dash trim (specifically around the shifter area and above the radio on the dash) is starting to flake off. Thinking about spraying them, does anyone know if a paint that is a good match? Thanks.

Dupli-Color Honda Graphite Grey Metallic (NH91M) is an exact match, but it seems it was recently discontinued and I havent yet found a replacement because I still have 1 can left. FYI, sanding off the original coat is very easy and DupliColor Perfect Match spray paints will adhere well enough not to need an abhesion promoter. Check it out on my thread, posts #3 & 10-12.

I didnt say it wasnt available anywhere, only that it's RECENTLY discontinued. So whatever is found online (at double the $5.99 local price in some instances) is remaining stock. From what I last checked, no nearby autoparts store have it anymore.

Found the Dupli-Color at Pep-Boys for $5.99 on sale. Will start on this this weekend. Now just need to figure out how to get the panels off!

First pop off the trim around the radio. There are two slim hole at the bottom of the trim above the AC control dials. I use a paint can key-shaped lid remover to remove the trim. Once that's off, slowly pry off the center cover straight forward from the now exposed gaps beside the radio, remembering you will need to unplug the hazard switch and AC control plugs.
