I was messing around with my head unit (Pioneer AVH-X3800BHS) and was trying to install a parking brake bypass mod. I had the car in accessory mode and was messing around with live wires and kept turning the car on and off. The radio won't turn on anymore so I went and checked the fuses #8 (7.5A) and #7 (20A). #8 was fine but #7 was blown so I just took it out and drove down to the auto parts store and bought some replacement ones.

When I went to put the fuse slot #7 neither the old fuse or the new one would click into place and I can no longer see the metal terminals in the slot. The fuse just jiggles about loosely. I would like to know if I need to replace the whole fuse box or if I can just open the fuse box and find the terminal clip and push it back in or do something of that nature.

Any advice is appreciated.

Update: I got the head unit to come on by taping the fuse down. Gonna find a more permanent solution soon.
