Every morning this week, I've found a male Northern Cardinal hanging out on my SOP E. This morning, the darned bird practically wouldn't leave when I approached to get in. He was busy battling his reflection in the driver's side window and in the side mirror. There's bird poop ALL OVER the driver's side. He smeared the windows and mirror to such an extent that they look as though they've been painted with scratches. I guess he just can't stand the fact that there's something bigger and brighter than himself in the yard.
