Installation was a breeze. I have to say, I am REALLY HAPPY with them. Besides the look, they enable me to keep the windows half way open and not get my head blown off by the wind. I would recommend them to anyone who enjoys the fresh air without the blast directly in your face.

I installed my window shields (no sweat) and they are a great addition! No more rain dripping right onto the electric window controls, etc. Also, I can keep the windows cracked for my dog without worrying about anyone losing their fingers  They DO make more noise when you drive with the windows fully open but they are still worth it. Smiles! :D

How do the window visors mount? I couldn't open up the instructions from the handa site. I want to try this project myself and not have to go crawling back to my dealership for help.
So, earlweaver, can you post the instructions for me? Thanks.

Thanks, earlweaver, I downloaded the adobe and got the installation instructions. However, the whole process still looks very scary to me: more than 3 steps....requires measuring......
Do you think if I bought the visors from handa and then took them to my dealership - would they put them on for me? Or just laugh at my efforts to save a few bucks?
You see there's always been a curse on any of my major do-it-yourself home improvement projects....and that had started to transfer to minor things I did on my old Taurus.
How embarrassing.

The installation is very easy really...did it myself in about ten minutes. The instructions that came with the window shields were more confusing than helpful. The main trick is NOT to remove the self-adhesive cover-strips until the shields are in the right place, then you just peel and press and they're on! I doubt if Honda would install Handa parts...and it's not worth it....it's easy!
