Shop said it would cost $92.00 to replace the license plate light--they have to take apart the rear tailgate to access the bulb! Is this for real, looking at it, I don't see any screws to undo the lens, do you just pry the lens off? Any advice would be appreciated

on side note: i have issues with my license plate light as well I replaced. The bulb but still won't light up, is there a fuse for the license plate light.
