I paid 17k for mine a while ago and it only had 21k miles on it. It was from the honda dealer too so it has the 100k powertrain and the extra year and 12k bumper to bumper which is what the honda certified warranty actually is. THey gave me like 800 more for my frontier that i traded in so i was pretty much at what you are looking to be at. check edmunds for true market value on it in your area so you now that too.
