Hello Community!! Recently found a set of 09 style Side steps but they have 1 Broken Bracket

Do you have the broken off piece of the bracket, can it be welded back on?

I have been looking for a set of these here in the states, is this something that can be sourced in Canada ? Let me know what you wind up doing !
