So I hit some black ice on my way home from work spin out in my E. I dented the rear right passenger door and tire off the bottom molding under the door. Anyone have an idea where I can find replacement parts?
Check your local salvage yard. See if you can find something in your color. I got a right rear door here for an 05 in SOP. The rocker moulding that I have is the gray texture so you won't wanna use that.
Some stuff the paintless dent repair (PDR) guys can do is amazing. I'd ask one of those guys locally if they can do that work. You'll need the missing trim piece, but that should be an easy junkyard find.
I have a red 2005 that could be parted out as the frame has issues , the door is in great shape. I am not sure but thing the rocker moulding is black for sure though. I am also in NY , Columbia county area East of Albany.
Hi Element Group,
I'm looking for a large sunroof to install in my Sprinter camper van conversion, and I came across an Element at my local junkyard today which looks just perfect. The relatively wide and flat size suits this application well, and I really love the manual hatch / pop-off design...
I just updated my build post to talk about lighting, but figured I’d do a dedicated Fog Light post here since I went through some Foglight pain and show some other options.
I did the Winjets like usual, didnt like the output so converted to HIDs, but those eventually failed for moisture...
My dog drooled outside the window on the door. I washed it and it looks "stained" while it was wet and I can see the imprint while drying it... I could still see the runny lines.
Will WAXING help remove this or am I "S.O.L"???
Thanks for any info.
So I'm not a fan of the standard honda mud flaps.
I've seen a few vehicles (Non E's) rolling around with these on them, but man, it just seems expensive for basically a few flat pieces of Urethane. $100 plus per set
They do look like the style I'm...
