yeah, i don't have alloys... :p but does anyone else have lose clackety-clacking hubcaps?

i've only owned my E since may, and i'm the 2nd owner, but since day one, the hubcaps have alittle bit of play in them... it's pretty annoying when driving down dirt/gravel/bumpy roads with the windows down, as i can hear them vibrating on the rim. all 4 of em. all lugnuts are tight, as i checked em right away.

seems like maybe there's supposed to be spacers or bushings or SOME sort of damping device on the lugs, no? i haven't yet had a reason to take the wheels off it.but i will soon, as the E is feeling like it's in need of new brake pads...

See the illustration below. Elements with hubcaps that are held on by the lug nuts should have lug nuts like the one on the right side of the picture. The recessed area of the nut should have a rubber washer in it to hold the hubcap secure when the wheel is tightened to the hub.
