Why is my maintenance required light back on? I just cleared it back at 46k miles.....

Is there a serious issue or is this another interval thing and I can just clear it?

PS - I haven't cleared it in a while, what was the procedure again?

My main question here is: Is the maintenance required light a warning sign for some serious disaster? Or is it just at certain intervals?

When I cleared it at 46k, I asked around and everyone said it's no biggie, just clear it.

No, no check engine light problems here.

I've just had a wave of car trouble and most of it is fixed, but I need a new battery as of right now, and that should be it...

-__- Work, grad school and now car stuff just kinda puts it all over the edge, you know?

I need a drink. lol

Reset the light and all is well again, for now.

I'll see the light again at 60k and then again at 70k according to the manual.

Oh well. At least it's easy to clear.
