I placed an order with them (hondaautomotiveparts.com) Monday morning 7-15-19 and 8:51am. It was processed and shipped Tuesday 7-16-19. Great!

Now it's 7-20-19 and the UPS tracking shows label created. I contacted them on Thursday inquiring why it was not shipped. Since UPS never scanned pickup. They gave some BS excuse oh it's a trailer and they don't always scan.

Researching them a little further it seems they are horrible at shipping. I have read in the past on this site that they are good to deal with.

I ordered two knuckles, and some other misc parts. This pkg is large enough to have not become lost or slipped in a crack.

Poor service and shipping Majestic Honda.
