Yup....what Mike said....plus give it a few good runs on the highway.
(I'd try a bottle of drygas and a bottle of Seafoam or Marvels Mystery Oil in the tank)

The 5.9 (360ci) in my 3500 Dually runs like crap....but always runs....one stall (in the dead of winter) in 120k miles of farm/work use. But I easily burn thru two or twelve tanks of fuel every week.
