Power steering fluid change

Is there a thread with instruction on how to change the power steering fluid?
Any help will be appreciated.

These instructions/pictures are great. I will be changing mine this weekend.
My E has 86k miles and the brakes fluid was never changed. Is their a thread addressing brakes fluid.
