Is there a thread with instruction on how to change the power steering fluid?

These instructions/pictures are great. I will be changing mine this weekend.
My E has 86k miles and the brakes fluid was never changed. Is their a thread addressing brakes fluid.

As ramblerdan says, get a manual. Brakes are not hard to work on, but the consequences can be dire if you do not know what you are doing.
