Hello everyone! My name is Al and I just bought my first Element lol. My Jetta Wolfsburg was rear ended and totaled a couple of weeks ago and on my nightmare of a search for a car as nice as mine I accidentally stumbled on a 2005 one owner element that looks new. I looked at it and walked away to look at an Audi then looked at it again and walked away. Finally the dealer asked me if I would like to look inside and I drove it and bought it on the spot. It is definatley not what I am used to of course my jetta was pushing 300 hp lol so this is a big change for me. I have 3 dogs and I rescue Pit bulls so this was a practical decision for once in my life lol. I will be changing this E very soon. The first day I got it I put my system in it and tinted the windows lol. I tried my rims on it but I either have to get bigger tires or sell them and get new rims. I look forward to talking with you all! Thanks!

Welcome Son. Where in Newburgh do you reside? I lived in Washingtonville for many years before moving to Peekskill. Keep an eye out for upcoming meets. We were supposed to have one in City Island this Saturday but I had to cancel. Don't know if anyone is still going, though. Check it out, someone may still be going. Good luck with the car.

Welcome to the EOC sonofevil77 ! My first mod suggestion would be to fill in your profile to make it easier for people to help you when you have questions! Second one is to add pics. Everyone here loves E pictures (double points if the dogs are in the pic) and will keep hounding you till you post some I'm nearby in Monroe. Like everyone else said look under the Northeast section for upcoming meets. I finally made it to my first meet in June. This group is a blast.
