Basically gave them a clean wash just like washing the car soap and water.
DRIED it for about 30 minutes and gave them a final wipe down looking for any little nik's or bumps of dirt.
I used a Flat Matte Black Vynal Spray Paint.
Unfortunately i do not recommend this if you have rims. i have the plastic caps on top of the normal crappy wheels.
Give it a nice even coat ( stay back not to close! bubbles and drips!)
Repeat after at least 2-4 times.
p.s bought the paint at local western auto = pep boy's = Autozone any of them will do.
If your painting ACTUAL rims.! go to a professional he should get it done for under $70
Good luck to you! anything else ! just ask away
