Hi, Everybody,
I just got a 2005 E, and man, am I happy. It’s in great condition. It looks like new. I got it for a great price. It’s even got new Michelin tires. Last Saturday I put my new Yakima racks on, got the boats together and we went paddling! Sunday I threw my bike in the back and took it to a favorite place to ride!
The way I found out about the EOC was when I left the radio on too long while installing the racks on my E for the first time. I killed the battery. My wife found the site. She is a genius. Of course, there are posts about battery life and finding your radio ser# to get your radio code, which you need when you let your battery go dead. (I won’t be doing that again.) I’m looking forward to lots of fun with my newly acquired E and the EOC.

welcome..and best of luck with your new e...also you picked the best color
Welcome to a fellow PA E owner! I grew up in Feasterville and there used to be a small ski area in Pipersville amazingly enough named Piper Hill. It was my first skiing experience.

Where do you paddle? I now live near Marsh Creek State Park in Chester County and paddle there frequently.

I love paddling the Pine Barrens. We have a couple of wooden touring kayaks which we take to the Chesapeake frequently and a couple of recreational kayaks we use for places like the Pine Barrens. We paddled once at Nockamixon several years ago and there were a couple of E meets there in the last 2 years.

Anyway, enjoy your E and best of luck with it. Maybe we could set up a paddling meet some time with interested EOCers. :)
