The E comes with power locks, but not with the keyless entry. It does have what Honda calls its security system (very basic). It has a chip in the key, and you need to have the key (or so they say) to start the E. If you don't have the chip in your key, you can't start the car.
Living in NYC, I went with an add on alarm system. It saves on insurance, and so po sta be a bit better at stopping theft.
