I finally saved up $$ to get the Nokian WR G2 SUV's.

and I remember Dom saying about getting the 225's and that also has the benefit of correcting the speedo. course I can't find the darn thread now. But were those 225/70/16's?

And, you guys heard anything about tiresavings.com? they want 531.18 shipped for 4 Nokian WRG2 SUV 225/70HR16. the group buy for tires by web expired - and in anycase they want $720.00 shipped. And I believe a local (140 miles away) wanted 143 a tire plus mounting, etc.

you guys still happy with yours?

thanks!

FWIW...

the 225/70-16 Cooper ATRs and General Grabber HTS that I've used made my Spedometer and Odometer read closer to "reality" than the stock tires. (as checked with my GPS)

I have 225 70 216 Michelin Lattiudes. The speedo now reads the same as actual speed. The vehicle speed on the scan guage II reads the same as GPS, about 2 to 3 MPH slower. And miles driven are 3% less on odo as compared to GPS.
