Well, the inevitable has happened. Someone backed into my Element. I know the guy and it was his fault. The good news is that he nailed the passenger-side rear plastic panel. It has about a 6" tear in it. The metal underneath is not even scratched, and he missed the wheel/tire. His car (new Chrysler LHS) did not fair so well (taillight and bumper damage).

So, does anyone have any idea what it will cost to replace the fender only? I assume these are pretty-much bolt-on, and no painting/body work is required.

Thanks and regards,
SOL

$60 would be awesome. I wonder how hard would it be to replace it yourself? I did a ground-up restoration on an MGB, so I would imagine it wouldn't be outside the realm of possibilities for my skills.

Thanks,
