Is it possible to paint the polymer body panels on the Element? I have a 2005 EX and would like to paint the panels the same colour as the rest of the car.

Dealer will NOT forward Service records..
Eastern Canada OwnersI purchased an "07 SC that was sold in '08 and when I called the dealer to see if the service records could be sent to me I was told that the gov't does not allow dealers to do that.
