I am meeting the guy tomorrow to have some dents pull out. For the rear doors are there anything different from your normal door structure? From looking at the door, I am thinking he will have to drill the hole on the side and insert his tools inside .

Take off the interior door panel. That should give him access without drilling holes.

Professionals don't have to drill holes, I have had many dents removed. Find a pro.

If you go to a quality place, the results will amaze you. I've had it done quite a few times. No holes have ever been drilled. Or should be!
