Body is in very good shape, need to fix some rust on the bottom interior of the passenger door, but no major marks other than that; especially for a car that's been in Upstate NY snow and salt for 14 years.
Just bought a 2005 ex 5speed manual with 110k miles on it for $4700. Very pleased with the purchase. The owner took great care of it. There are some concerning rumbles in the rear end when driving over bumps but I'm hoping repairs won't be too pricey.
Just purchased a 2006 awd automatic Element ex with 135,000 miles for $6000. Amazing maintenance done by previous owner. She just had new tires and all 4 brakes done a month ago. My mechanic said it needs absolutely nothing. I'm loving the "Toaster".
Picked up a 2005 EX AWD 5Speed with 158K for $7000 in Oregon.
Needs tires and rear struts, but lots of other work done including clutch, front suspension, brakes. Basically paid a bit more for one that I wouldn't have to perform the above maintenance on as most I looked at had blown front end suspension. Also has aftermarket remote start and heated front seats. Looking forward to clocking some miles!
‘06 Auto EX-P 4wd 94k - $8600 no dealer fees added. Had recently had stablizer links replace all around and new rear struts with springs. Only issues were windshield chip and some squealing coming from the ventilation fan bushing. Think it was a good deal.
