I know I can look it up at home but I'm too lazy. I thought someone here may know off the top of their head.
I have an '04 EX, what is the factory warranty on the powertrain on this year?
Nevermind, I found it on the Honda site. 5yrs/60,000 miles

Presently is is 3/36 Bumper to Bumper, and 5/60 for powertrain.

Signing up at "owner's Link" wil give you the warranty in for your car, because it has changed (a few times I believe) over the years the Element has been available.....this link from the used car section may also be helpfull.
